In response to orders issued by state and local government, our office is closed. Technology enables our attorneys and staff to work remotely, which has enabled a seamless transition without disrupting our ability to represent clients and handle active litigation. We have established procedures for remote appearances, receipt of documents in electronic and paper form, receiving and responding to requests and inquiries, and maintaining communications by phone, email, and videoconference. Our attorneys are capable of completing all tasks necessary to serve your needs.
We are continuing to monitor the impact on our judicial system. Many of the courts are presently closed for civil actions. It is anticipated that many hearing and trial dates may move in the coming weeks and possibly months as we all work through this challenge together.
