Ms. Soltis joined Slaughter, Reagan, and Cole in September 2018. Before joining the firm, she started her career at a civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, where she practiced primarily Personal Injury and Construction Defect Law.

Miss Soltis was born in Pennsylvania, and lived abroad in England, Italy and Australia before the beaches called and she moved to California. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, running, and travel. She also likes longs walks on the beach with her Lhasa Apso.
