Ivey Herren

Ms. Herren joined Slaughter, Reagan & Cole in August 2025. During law school, she interned at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. She also served as a Senior Staffer on the American University Law Review and the Executive Editor of the Sustainable Development Law & Policy Brief.
Ms. Herren graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in 2025 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Oregon in 2020.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, Fig, and visiting local cheese shops.

Personal
Mr. Reagan is married and is the proud father of four sons and grandfather of three grandchildren. On son is a Deputy District Attorney for Ventura County. One son is a Captain in the US Army. Mr. Reagan’s youngest sons are recent college graduates and are pursuing graduate degrees.
