Claudia Mellring

Ms. Mellring has been with Slaughter, Reagan & Cole since passing the California Bar in 2022. Her practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including negligence, premises liability, personal injury, habitability, landlord-tenant disputes, and business litigation. While her practice areas are broad, she has developed a unique niche in mortuary law, where colleagues fondly refer to her as the unofficial “head of the mortuary department.”

Ms. Mellring has experience handling cases through every stage of litigation, including advocating for her clients at trial. Drawing from her background in mathematics, she brings a strong analytical perspective to her legal work. Her problem-solving skills and attention to detail make her particularly effective in strategy development and negotiation.
