United Magyar House, Inc. ("UMH") was established to help cultivate and preserve the Hungarian culture, language and traditions for those Hungarians who are living in Los Angeles and other local communities. The organization and two of its board members were sued for defamation and breach of contract. The lawsuit was initiated by a former accountant.
