Mr. Flores joined Slaughter, Reagan & Cole in March 2021. Before joining
the firm, he was an associate at a civil litigation firm in Los Angeles,
where he began focusing his practice on catastrophic injury, general liability,
transportation, premises liability and habitability matters.
Ramon was born and raised in Oxnard, where he still resides. He enjoys
game nights, exploring local craft breweries and is an avid Lakers fan.
