Ms. Mellring was born in Fresno, where she spent her early childhood before her family moved back to her father’s hometown in Ventura County. She only left Ventura for a few years while she studied at the University of Hawaii. After graduating, she returned home for law school and hasn’t left since.
In her free time, she enjoys hosting a weekly dinner party with friends, reading, and spending time with her niece, Chloe, and her cat, Hank.
