Dien Le joined the firm in 2016. His current practice is focused on general liability defense, habitability, business litigation, and personal injury defense.

Mr. Le has represented Fortune 500 companies, publicly traded corporations, public utilities, local governmental entities, small businesses and individuals in general civil litigation – particularly complex business litigation (including breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition), employment litigation (including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour) and counseling, real property litigation (including property damage, eminent domain and easement issues). Mr. Le also advises clients on intellectual property matters, particularly registering trademarks and copyrights.

Mr. Le served as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco. During law school, he completed legal externships with the United States District Court, Central District of California (Magistrate Judge Stephen J. Hillman), the Court of Appeal of the State of California, Second Appellate District, Division Two (Associate Justice Morio Fukuto), and the Legal Corps of Los Angeles.

Personal

Mr. Le was born in Saigon, Vietnam, and fled to the United States as a refugee at the age of four. He was raised in Ventura. He currently lives in Thousand Oaks with his wife, Pauline. In his free time, he enjoys walking, hiking, playing tennis, trying new restaurants, and traveling the world.
